If you were a patient of Dr Parnell's and are transferring to Dr MacDonald you need to come in to sing a patient enrolment form before Dec 1, 2023.  Otherwise, you will no longer be considered a patient here.

FLU SHOTS

Flu shots and Covid vaccines are now being offered by appointment only.  Please call to book in one of the clinics.
